A statement piece of rare magnitude.
This extraordinary pendant features a flawless 16.8 gram Moldavite from Chlum, admired for its deep forest-green tone and exceptional texture—those rugged, sculptural contours that only genuine, untouched Chlum Moldavite carries.

The stone is expertly secured in hand-wrapped antiqued copper, a metal that pairs beautifully with Moldavite on every level.
Visually, the warm, earthy copper undertone enhances Moldavite’s green brilliance, giving the piece a grounded, old-world presence.
Energetically, copper is known to amplify and conduct energy, making it a natural companion for Moldavite’s transformative qualities. Together they create a harmonious current—rooted, powerful, and unmistakably alive when worn.

A true centrepiece for any collection, and a once-in-a-lifetime pendant for anyone who works with Moldavite on a deeper level.

What is Moldavite & where is it from?
Moldavite is a rare tektite or meteoric glass, caused by an asteroid impact 15 mil. years ago. The intense, 10,000 °c+ temperatures of the strike vapourised the asteroid, target rock and sand, flinging the molten substance high into the atmosphere.
From the impact zone in Germany some 300 km away, it landed back to earth in what is now the Czech Republic and as it flew, it cooled and solidified into translucent green, glass-like droplets of various shapes and sizes.

It is said that only 1% of what had originally fallen is still intact to this day and the estimates of the total amount of Moldavite remaining is under 300 tonnes. In comparison with gold or diamonds, this makes Moldavite 1000× rarer.
99% of all Moldavite is found in a small area in the Southern part of the Czech Republic. It can be found on the surface but the highly prized, well-preserved specimens are to be found up to 6 m underground.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is Moldavite, and where does it come from?

Moldavite is a rare, green tektite formed from a meteorite impact that occurred around 15 million years ago in what is now the Czech Republic. This extraordinary stone is found only in a small region around the Moldau River in Bohemia, making it one of the rarest gemstones on Earth.

Authentic Moldavite has a distinctive surface texture, natural pits, and a translucent green color that varies in intensity. It is also lighter than glass imitations. To ensure authenticity, purchase Moldavite from reputable sources, and consider requesting a certificate of authenticity.

Moldavite is believed to be a powerful stone for transformation, personal growth, and spiritual connection. It is often used in meditation, energy healing, and other spiritual practices to enhance intuition, amplify energy, and facilitate communication with higher realms.

To care for your Moldavite jewelry, gently clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or prolonged sunlight, as these can affect its color and structure. Store Moldavite separately to prevent scratches.

Moldavite is expensive due to its rarity and limited supply, as it is found only in a specific region of the Czech Republic. Additionally, its unique origins and increasing popularity as both a gemstone and a spiritual tool contribute to its high value. Prices can vary significantly depending on the size, quality, and uniqueness of the piece.
