An exquisite statement necklace featuring a magnificent 17.7-carat faceted Natural Moldavite from Chlum, Czech Republic, set in an elegant, contemporary design crafted from gold-plated sterling silver.
Designed by a Swiss jewellery artisan and expertly made in Bali, this exceptional piece combines European design sensibility with the renowned craftsmanship of Balinese silversmiths.
The centrepiece is a beautifully faceted, deep forest-green Moldavite, expertly cut to reveal its rich colour and captivating internal character. The carefully arranged facets catch and reflect the light, creating subtle flashes of green within the stone.
The Moldavite is held in a smooth, circular setting nestled within a sweeping, asymmetrical gold-plated frame. Its graceful, flowing lines create a striking sense of movement, while the warm satin-gold finish contrasts beautifully with the deep green gemstone.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the sculptural proportions of the pendant to the elegant snake-style chain, which drapes smoothly and complements the refined design. The chain can be worn at different lengths to suit individual preferences.
A sophisticated and distinctive piece of jewellery, equally suited to special occasions or as a statement accessory for everyday wear.
Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity tied to a money-back guarantee. |
Moldavite is a rare tektite or meteoric glass, caused by an asteroid impact 15 million years ago. The intense, 10,000°C+ temperatures of the strike vapourised the asteroid, target rock and sand, flinging the molten substance high into the atmosphere.
From the impact zone in Germany some 300km away, it landed back to earth in what is now the Czech Republic and as it flew, it cooled and solidified into translucent green, glass-like droplets of various shapes and sizes.
It is said that only 1% of what had originally fallen is still intact to this day and the estimates of the total amount of Moldavite remaining is under 300 tonnes. In comparison with gold or diamonds, this makes Moldavite 1000x rarer.
99% of all Moldavite is found in a small area in the southern part of the Czech Republic. It can be found on the surface but the highly prized, well-preserved specimens are found up to 6 metres underground.

All of our Moldavite and jewellery is guaranteed for authenticity by a 100% money-back guarantee.
Moldavite is a rare, green tektite formed from a meteorite impact that occurred around 15 million years ago in what is now the Czech Republic. This extraordinary stone is found only in a small region around the Moldau River in Bohemia, making it one of the rarest gemstones on Earth.
Authentic Moldavite has a distinctive surface texture, natural pits, and a translucent green color that varies in intensity. It is also lighter than glass imitations. To ensure authenticity, purchase Moldavite from reputable sources, and consider requesting a certificate of authenticity.
Moldavite is believed to be a powerful stone for transformation, personal growth, and spiritual connection. It is often used in meditation, energy healing, and other spiritual practices to enhance intuition, amplify energy, and facilitate communication with higher realms.
To care for your Moldavite jewelry, gently clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or prolonged sunlight, as these can affect its color and structure. Store Moldavite separately to prevent scratches.
Moldavite is expensive due to its rarity and limited supply, as it is found only in a specific region of the Czech Republic. Additionally, its unique origins and increasing popularity as both a gemstone and a spiritual tool contribute to its high value. Prices can vary significantly depending on the size, quality, and uniqueness of the piece.
