Each stone has been carefully incorporated into an intricate sterling silver wire wrap, finished with an antiqued patina that accentuates the craftsmanship, depth and character of this extraordinary piece.

Three extraordinary stones. One powerful combination.

Moldavite, Libyan Desert Glass and Herkimer Diamond are regarded by many crystal enthusiasts as one of the ultimate combinations for transformation, spiritual growth and heightened awareness.

Moldavite, known as The Stone of Transformation, is traditionally associated with profound personal change, awakening and the release of old patterns. Formed approximately 14.8 million years ago following a meteorite impact in what is now southern Germany, this remarkable natural glass carries an extraordinary geological history.

Libyan Desert Glass, formed by an ancient high-energy event approximately 29 million years ago, is prized for its luminous golden appearance and associations with personal empowerment, clarity and manifestation. Where Moldavite is believed to initiate transformation, Libyan Desert Glass is thought to provide the confidence and determination to embrace it.

Herkimer Diamond, a naturally occurring, exceptionally clear, double-terminated quartz crystal, completes this remarkable trio. Traditionally regarded as an amplifier of energy and intention, it is believed to enhance the qualities of the stones alongside it, bringing clarity, focus and balance.

Together, these three stones represent transformation, empowerment and amplification — a compelling combination for those drawn to working consciously with crystals.

Beyond their symbolic significance, this pendant brings together three remarkable natural materials, each with its own fascinating geological origins. The intricate sterling silver craftsmanship transforms them into a distinctive, substantial piece of wearable art.

An exceptional pendant for the serious Moldavite enthusiast, crystal collector or anyone seeking a truly meaningful piece of jewellery.

What is Moldavite & where is it from?

Moldavite is a rare tektite or meteoric glass, caused by an asteroid impact 15 million years ago. The intense, 10,000°C+ temperatures of the strike vapourised the asteroid, target rock and sand, flinging the molten substance high into the atmosphere.

From the impact zone in Germany some 300km away, it landed back to earth in what is now the Czech Republic and as it flew, it cooled and solidified into translucent green, glass-like droplets of various shapes and sizes.

It is said that only 1% of what had originally fallen is still intact to this day and the estimates of the total amount of Moldavite remaining is under 300 tonnes. In comparison with gold or diamonds, this makes Moldavite 1000x rarer.

99% of all Moldavite is found in a small area in the southern part of the Czech Republic. It can be found on the surface but the highly prized, well-preserved specimens are found up to 6 metres underground.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is Moldavite, and where does it come from?

Moldavite is a rare, green tektite formed from a meteorite impact that occurred around 15 million years ago in what is now the Czech Republic. This extraordinary stone is found only in a small region around the Moldau River in Bohemia, making it one of the rarest gemstones on Earth.

Authentic Moldavite has a distinctive surface texture, natural pits, and a translucent green color that varies in intensity. It is also lighter than glass imitations. To ensure authenticity, purchase Moldavite from reputable sources, and consider requesting a certificate of authenticity.

Moldavite is believed to be a powerful stone for transformation, personal growth, and spiritual connection. It is often used in meditation, energy healing, and other spiritual practices to enhance intuition, amplify energy, and facilitate communication with higher realms.

To care for your Moldavite jewelry, gently clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or prolonged sunlight, as these can affect its color and structure. Store Moldavite separately to prevent scratches.

Moldavite is expensive due to its rarity and limited supply, as it is found only in a specific region of the Czech Republic. Additionally, its unique origins and increasing popularity as both a gemstone and a spiritual tool contribute to its high value. Prices can vary significantly depending on the size, quality, and uniqueness of the piece.
