Flawless 14.7g Moldavite Copper Pendant – Chlum, Czech Republic
A majestic specimen of remarkable weight and presence, this 14.7-gram Moldavite from Chlum is a true collector’s treasure. Its deeply etched surface and rich, forest-green hue are hallmarks of the finest quality Moldavite. The distinctive “drop torso” form — a rare, primary shape likely split during the original impact event over 15 million years ago — adds to its uniqueness.
Close study reveals how the thinner end has naturally “healed” over time, a feature only found in authentic Moldavite that separated from a larger piece in the distant past.
Now expertly wrapped in copper, this Moldavite has been transformed from a rare natural specimen into a bold, grounding pendant — blending ancient cosmic history with earthy, artisanal elegance.
The Benefits of Copper
Copper is more than just a beautiful metal—it’s been cherished for centuries for its natural properties. Known as a conductor of both energy and intention, copper is believed to amplify the vibrational qualities of the stones it carries. When paired with Moldavite, copper helps ground and stabilize Moldavite’s often intense transformative energy, making it more approachable and balanced for the wearer.
Aesthetic & Energetic Match
Visually, the rustic glow of antiqued copper harmonizes with Moldavite’s deep forest-green hue, giving the piece a timeless, organic look. Energetically, copper acts as a bridge between the heavens and the earth, mirroring Moldavite’s origin—born from the union of cosmic impact and terrestrial matter. Together, they form a powerful combination: Moldavite for awakening and transformation, and copper for grounding, circulation, and amplification.
Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity tied to a money back guarantee.
Moldavite is a rare tektite or meteoric glass, caused by an asteroid impact 15mil. years ago. The intense, 10,000°c+ temperatures of the strike vapourised the asteroid, target rock and sand, flinging the molten substance high into the atmosphere.
From the impact zone in Germany some 300km away, It landed back to earth in what is now the Czech Republic and as it flew, it cooled and solidified into translucent green, glass-like droplets of various shapes and sizes.
It is said that only 1% of what had originally fallen is still intact to this day and the estimates of the total amount of Moldavite remaining is under 300 tonnes. In comparison with gold or diamonds, this makes Moldavite 1000x rarer.
99% of all Moldavite is found in a small area in the Southern part of the Czech Republic. It can be found on the surface but the highly prized, well preserved specimens are to be found up to 6m underground.

Authentic Moldavite has a distinctive surface texture, natural pits, and a translucent green color that varies in intensity. It is also lighter than glass imitations. To ensure authenticity, purchase Moldavite from reputable sources, and consider requesting a certificate of authenticity.

Moldavite is expensive due to its rarity and limited supply, as it is found only in a specific region of the Czech Republic. Additionally, its unique origins and increasing popularity as both a gemstone and a spiritual tool contribute to its high value.
