A truly beautiful one-of-a-kind bracelet featuring an exquisite 2.5g Natural Moldavite nugget from the sought-after locality of Maly Chlum in the Czech Republic.
The Moldavite is the unquestionable centrepiece. Despite its relatively compact size, this remarkable little specimen possesses an extraordinary combination of rich natural colour, exceptional clarity and exquisite surface texture. Its beautifully sculpted nugget-like form is covered in intricate natural etchings, delicate ridges and deeply defined textures that give the stone an abundance of character.
What makes this particular specimen so captivating is the interplay between its richly textured exterior and the remarkable clarity of the green glass beneath. When illuminated, the Moldavite reveals a beautiful depth of colour and translucency, creating a striking contrast between its rugged natural surface and the luminous green within.
Rather than enclosing the stone in a conventional setting, the bracelet has been intricately handwoven in antiqued copper, with multiple strands carefully shaped and interlaced around the natural contours of the Moldavite. The elaborate copper weaving creates a substantial and beautifully detailed bracelet, while the darker antiqued finish brings out the individual strands and lends the entire piece a wonderfully organic, almost ancient character.
The warm copper tones complement the vivid green of the Moldavite beautifully. The open setting allows the specimen's extraordinary texture, colour and clarity to remain clearly visible, ensuring that the natural stone, rather than the metalwork, remains the focal point.
There is a wonderful harmony between the precision of the intricate copper weaving and the raw, untamed beauty of the Moldavite. Viewed from a distance, this is an elegant and distinctive bracelet; examined closely, the extraordinary detail of both the stone and the copper craftsmanship becomes apparent.
With a circumference of approximately 20.5cm, the bracelet is adjustable, allowing it to be gently shaped for a comfortable and secure fit.
Entirely handcrafted and completely one of a kind, this is a beautiful example of jewellery designed to celebrate the individuality of a genuinely collectable Moldavite specimen. An exceptional piece for someone who appreciates natural beauty, intricate craftsmanship and the remarkable characteristics that make every piece of Moldavite unique.

Moldavite is a rare tektite or meteoric glass, caused by an asteroid impact 15 million years ago. The intense, 10,000°C+ temperatures of the strike vapourised the asteroid, target rock and sand, flinging the molten substance high into the atmosphere.
From the impact zone in Germany some 300km away, it landed back to earth in what is now the Czech Republic and as it flew, it cooled and solidified into translucent green, glass-like droplets of various shapes and sizes.
It is said that only 1% of what had originally fallen is still intact to this day and the estimates of the total amount of Moldavite remaining is under 300 tonnes. In comparison with gold or diamonds, this makes Moldavite 1000x rarer.
99% of all Moldavite is found in a small area in the southern part of the Czech Republic. It can be found on the surface but the highly prized, well-preserved specimens are found up to 6 metres underground.
Moldavite NZ is a small family business and collectors hub based in New Zealand. We are the only exclusive Moldavite dealer in the Southern Hemisphere. We source all of our Moldavite directly through our family and trusted contacts in the Czech Republic. All of our Moldavite and jewellery is guaranteed for authenticity by a 100% money-back guarantee.
Moldavite is a rare, green tektite formed from a meteorite impact that occurred around 15 million years ago in what is now the Czech Republic. This extraordinary stone is found only in a small region around the Moldau River in Bohemia, making it one of the rarest gemstones on Earth.
Authentic Moldavite has a distinctive surface texture, natural pits, and a translucent green color that varies in intensity. It is also lighter than glass imitations. To ensure authenticity, purchase Moldavite from reputable sources, and consider requesting a certificate of authenticity.
Moldavite is believed to be a powerful stone for transformation, personal growth, and spiritual connection. It is often used in meditation, energy healing, and other spiritual practices to enhance intuition, amplify energy, and facilitate communication with higher realms.
To care for your Moldavite jewelry, gently clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or prolonged sunlight, as these can affect its color and structure. Store Moldavite separately to prevent scratches.
Moldavite is expensive due to its rarity and limited supply, as it is found only in a specific region of the Czech Republic. Additionally, its unique origins and increasing popularity as both a gemstone and a spiritual tool contribute to its high value. Prices can vary significantly depending on the size, quality, and uniqueness of the piece.
