A beautifully handcrafted statement pendant combining natural Czech Moldavite with a large, genuine New York Herkimer Diamond.

At its centre is an impressive 5.6 gram Moldavite from the Vrabce locality, chosen for its beautifully sculpted natural form, rich surface texture and distinctive character. The specimen is securely bezel set in sterling silver, protecting its edges while allowing its natural shape and texture to remain clearly visible. Crowning the Moldavite is a large genuine Herkimer Diamond, its brilliant clarity creating a striking contrast against the deep green natural glass.

Herkimer Diamonds are exceptionally clear, naturally double-terminated quartz crystals found in Herkimer County, New York. Quartz and Moldavite have long been considered natural companions by collectors, with the crystalline brilliance of Herkimer complementing Moldavite’s mysterious, otherworldly appearance. Both stones are associated with clarity, transformation and heightened energy, making this combination especially desirable among those drawn to the metaphysical qualities of Moldavite.

The handcrafted silver setting brings the two stones together beautifully, with the Herkimer appearing like a crystalline crown above the Moldavite. Moldavite was created approximately 15 million years ago when a meteorite struck what is now southern Germany. Every genuine Moldavite is therefore a unique surviving fragment of one of the most dramatic geological events in European history.
